Orientation Day

Hey guys. So the semester has officially started! Yesterday we met with our professors and Franco Sgariglia talked about the program and enforce the rules of the ICCS program. He talked us to death as all good Italians do. The graduate student Dora gave us a tour of our neighborhood and told us places to eat, drink, and buy school material. Afterward we got our Ancient City course syllabus. Then I went to get my advanced Greek syllabus (we will be reading selections from Plutarch to Josephus). I met with my academic adviser Dora as well. The meals at the Centro are very good. I also visited the coffee shop twice (first time I got an espresso, later I got a  cappuccino). In Italian class we learned pronunciation of Italian letters. In every class,  I got reading assignments to do. Well now I am off into Rome, I have to do a project concerning the obelisks you can find in the city.
